Microsoft released the "Origami Experience Pack" which contains these three programs for an Ultra-Mobile PC (UMPC) running Windows Vista:
- Origami Experience – Access your music, videos, pictures, and favorite programs.
- Touch Settings – Easily view and interact with the touch screen on a UMPC.
- Sudoku – Play this popular game using a touch screen.
While most of use do NOT have a UMPC, you can still download the "Origami Experience Pack" and only install the Sudoko program to be played on all versions of Windows Vista.INSTALLATION NOTES:
Choose the "Custom" Installation Select "X Not Available" for Origami Experience Select "X Not Available" for Touch Settings

FYI… running on Vista x64, you get an error saying that the installation will only execute on Ultra Mobile PC’s there is no option for a custom installation.
Strange, I’m running the program with no problems on Vista x64 Ultimate. (I’ll ask around about your error)
It won’t install on my system at all. I don’t get far enough to pick Custom. It says, "This installer only runs on UMPC computers running Vista." (I am running Vista Ultimate)
Doesn’t work for me either, i have an MSDN business copy i got form academic alliance.
Use Ocra.msi to edit the Origami file to remove the launchcondition Table. This will let the user install all the Origami applications in Microsoft Vista without any problems.
I’m using vista Business Edition and got the message stating that you can only install on ultra mobile PC’s only. And then the Install aborts. I found that if you use msiexec with the administrator switch "ex: msiexec.exe /a OrigamiExperiencePack.msi" you can unpack the installer to a network or alternate path. After the installer finishes, browse to that path and look under the PFiles folder. There you will find a folder called "Microsoft Origami Experience Pack". The Sudoku game is located in the folder named "Sudoku".
<path chosen in installer>\PFiles\Microsoft Origami Experience Pack\Sudoku
Used Ocra.msi to edit the Origami file to remove the launchcondition Table info. Installed the app, woked like a champ.
I’m also having the same difficulty . . . . what is ocra.msi?
may i have some sudoku version that can be work in my notebook…..?
