MSI Explorer: View, Analyze & Edit MSI Windows Setup Files

Microsoft TechNet Blogger, Sateesh Arveti, has released his MSI Explorer to view, analyze, export and make small content changes to MSI Setup applications without requiring Visual Studio to rebuild the entire Setup Project.
