Microsoft TechNet Blogger Updates “Service Manager” Visio Shapes & Templates

Microsoft TechNet Blogger, Bill Anderson, has updated their Operations Manager Team’s free Service Manager Visio Shapes & Templates.
 
NOTE FROM BILL:  If you do decide to modify text labels for some of the icons, ensure you’re familiar with Visio’s Shape Sheet functionality – you’ll probably want to update character sizes to ensure a symbol’s text scales properly when you resize it.
