Microsoft Blogger, Rahul Soni, has updated his Smiley 1.0 Plug-in for Windows Live Writer (WLW) with Smiley Plug-in 2.0 which adds smileys from CyberGif, MSN, Yahoo, and Yahoo Hidden – as well as adding smileys or pictures directly from WLW.
