Microsoft Releases Updated “Windows Easy Transfer Companion” for Transfering Programs from Windows XP to Windows Vista

Along with Microsoft’s Windows XP Easy Transfer — the Windows Easy Transfer Companion automatically transfers "some" programs from Windows XP to Windows Vista. The software moves 100+ popular programs, and alerts if a program can not transfer (i.e. security software, firewall, antispyware, antimalware)
