Microsoft Releases ODF and UOF OpenXML Translator Add-ins for Office

Microsoft continues to demonstrate their commitment to open document standards, by releasing two new add-ins for Microsoft Office supporting the "Open Document Format" (ODF); and the upcoming Chinese "Uniform Office Format" (UOF)
 
    • OpenXML/ODF Translator Add-in for Office (XP, 2003, & 2007) allows opening and saving OpenDocument format (ODF) files; along with a command line translator providing batch conversions.
    • UOF Add-in for Microsoft Word provides interoperability between the UOF and Open XML formats in both directions; benefiting millions of people who live in China.
