Microsoft Releases Windows Media Player 11 (Beta 2)

 
What’s new in this release compared to the first beta?
Fixing issues. Fixes have been made for issues that occurred in the first beta release of Windows Media Player 11 for Windows XP.
 
Additional online stores. More online stores are available:
 
Changes to sharing digital media content. Experience your music, photos, and movies in any room. If you have a networked digital media receiver, such as an Xbox 360, you can use Windows Media Player 11 to stream music and even pictures from your computer to a home theater, stereo, or TV on your home network. The functionality of Windows Media Connect is integrated into the Media Sharing feature of Windows Media Player 11, letting you manage your digital media library and all of your connected devices from one place.
