Free Microsoft TechNet Virtual Labs

So you don’t want to download trial software – but you still wish to "test drive" Microsoft’s Server software?  Now you can test new servers immediately, without formatting hard drives or dedicating one or more computers to the project by using TechNet’s Virtual Labs: 
 
    • Exchange 2003Learn how to take advantage of key features of Exchange Server 2003.     • Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005Familiarize yourself with deploying Live Communications Server in our set of virtual labs.     • Rights Management Services Virtual LabProtect information using Microsoft Windows Rights Management Services (RMS) with Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the help of this virtual lab. In this lab, you will deploy the RMS server and client components, register the server in Active Directory, and then use the system to protect information in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Professional e-mail messages and Microsoft Word documents. You will also create and deploy RMS policy templates and troubleshoot the system using the RMS Toolkit.
    • SecurityImprove the planning and management of your organization’s security strategy with the help of this virtual lab.
